Out of all the knives I've made this is one of my all time favorites. It is big but very light and perfectly balanced. The thin edge makes it a real slicer and the handle just fits perfectly in your hand. This is a knife that when you pick it up just begs to cut something. I entered this knife in my very first knife making competition at the 2009 OKCA show and won the award for Best New Maker.
